Bose® Unify™ Technology for system setup:

• Main shipping box contains numbered, smaller boxes that contain only the parts needed for that step (eg: Box #1 has just what you need for Step #1). Follow the instructions to quickly and easily go through the boxes to complete connection and startup.
• On-screen guide allows you name each connection (eg: "DVD" instead of "Video 1") and suggests which type of connection is best. An audible beep confirms the connection.

Bose® Unify™ Technology for system use:

• All inputs and outputs are handled by the Media Console with primary control by the remote; front panel buttons can select source, volume and on/off.
• Pressing the "Source" button on the remote control brings up an on-screen guide, which shows only the currently-connected devices to help you choose quickly and easily. No more guessing!
• Adding new input devices is easy -- just follow the instructions like you did the first time.
